🏠 House Rules 1. Check-in / Check-out • Check-in: 3:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request. 2. No Smoking Inside • Smoking is not allowed indoors. • You may smoke outside—please dispose of cigarette butts properly. • A $300 cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking or smoke odor is detected inside the property. 3. No Parties or Events • Please be respectful of the home and neighbors. • No loud music or gatherings. 4. Guests • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. • Let us know if there are any changes to your party. 5. Quiet Hours • 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. 6. Cleanliness & Trash • Please keep the space tidy and clean up after yourself. • Use trash bags when placing trash in the outdoor bins. • Trash pickup is Thursday morning—please place bins on the curb Wednesday night. 7. Appliances & Utilities • Use all appliances responsibly. • Washer and dryer are available—please clean the lint trap after each use. • Report any issues or damages promptly. 8. Parking • Parking is available in the driveway. • Do not block the sidewalk or neighboring driveways. • No garage parking unless prior approval from host. 9. Pets • No pets allowed without prior authorization. 10. Lost Keys • A $50 fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys. 11. Safety & Security • Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. • Contact me directly for any urgent matters or emergencies. 12. Guests have access to the entire home except the locked pantry. Easy self-check-in with a smart lock. Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles, garage door use with prior permission only.
